About the Role: As a product engineer at Intercom, you will be part of a dynamic product team, collaborating with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop technical plans and contribute to the technical architecture as products scale - Write Ruby code that integrates AWS, infrastructure, platform, and SaaS technologies - Make impactful changes from day one and deliver features early on - Mentor team members and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team Desired Skills: - 2+ years of industry experience in software engineering, ideally with SaaS products - Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Javascript) - Collaborative mindset and a track record of delivering value to customers - Experience with Distributed systems Application Process: The application process involves submitting your CV, completing a take-home test, engaging in a technical and cultural interview, and a final virtual onsite interview.
