As a product engineer at Intercom, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts to address various scaling challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical plans and contribute to the technical architecture as products scale.
- Write Ruby code that integrates AWS, infrastructure, platform, and SaaS technologies.
- Mentor team members and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of industry experience in software engineering, ideally with SaaS products.
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Javascript).
- Collaborative mindset and a track record of delivering value to customers.
- Experience with Distributed systems.
