Product Governance Scheme Review Analyst: Assist in delivering group protection scheme reviews, renewals, and acquisitions. Provide support to the Product Governance and Controls Manager and work as part of a cross-functional team. Develop tools for data analysis, review customer documentation, and ensure smooth updates of existing group protection schemes. Plan and manage group protection reviews, generate and maintain accurate information, and communicate with stakeholders. Manage mailboxes, respond to queries, and provide administrative support to Life Services and Claims teams. Engage in team collaboration, operational change, and training to ensure smooth updates of existing group protection schemes. Help identify and implement efficiencies and a continuous improvement methodology across the product, sales, operational change, systems, claims, service, and administration processes. Comply with risk control and regulatory requirements relevant to this role and maintain commercial awareness. The role requires a data analysis background, strong mathematical competencies, and knowledge of risk control and regulatory environments.
