This is a pivotal role for us as a team that will continue to present significant opportunities to learn and grow. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and lead a high-performing product team to drive business growth and innovation * Collaborate with peers in development to ensure we are always best placed to capitalise on opportunities * Stay close to the registry sector to ensure that we deeply understand the problem to be solved or the next opportunity on the horizon * Develop business cases and strong analytical capability * Excellent communication skills – both oral and written * Ability to take potentially complex concepts, technical or otherwise, and translate them into a story that everyone can understand * Ability to remain positive and resilient in the face of challenges, inspiring the team to overcome obstacles and deliver high-quality products * Ability to analyse key product metrics, user behaviour, and market trends to inform product direction * Define and implement processes for how we work **Requirements** * 5+ years in a Product Manager / Senior Product Owner role balancing both responsibilities of the day-to-day execution with staying on top of the sector you are serving * 2+ years line management responsibility for a product management team * A primary degree (business or technology) **What We Offer** * A record of sustainable growth * Investment in diversifying lines of business * Support for your growth and development * Education support * Competitive salary and benefits package * Recognition programs **About Us** ERS is a leading international registry provider operating out of Dublin, Ireland.
