Product Manager for Maximo Application Suite: Lead digital transformation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in Enterprise Asset Management solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, ensuring financial success and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and different business units to aid clients in digitally transforming their businesses.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably focusing on Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
- Proficient in product management principles, including market analysis, product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of application modernization solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong understanding of the Enterprise Asset Management market and trends.
- Knowledgeable in containerised software technologies like Red Hat Openshift.
- Knowledgeable in the principles of Product Led Growth.
- Experience with tools such as Amplitude and Segment.
- Experience in agile development practices and principles including tools such as Aha and Jira.
