Role Overview


Seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join a tech/SAAS based organisation in Cork and to be part of a growing marketing team.

You will be their first product marketing hire and will be responsible for the development and roadmap for the function.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales and product teams to help develop and execute the organisation's go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and driving demand for their products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience and drives demand. Create a constant stream of assets to communicate this positioning and messaging through the sales and marketing teams
  • Support the development of a customer facing product roadmap which increases the stickiness of the product for customers and supports gaining a competitive advantage with new deals. Support sales with the understanding of these new features and the competitive advantage they bestow.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, and collateral to equip the sales team with the information and assets needed to effectively sell our products.
  • Partner with the demand generation team to develop marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate qualified leads all the way through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure the product messaging is integrated into all marketing assets and support the creation of high impact whitepapers, webinars, blogs, videos, and product guides
  • Act as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment on product strategy and gotomarket plans

Key Skills/ Qualifications:

  • 35 years of SAAS product marketing experience, with a proven track record of product positioning and messaging, sales enablement and demand creations.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging and present ideas effectively.
  • There is lots of opportunities in this role, you will need to determine where you will have most impact and effectively communicate and collaborate to make these priorities happen.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
