What you'll do As part of the Product Security team, you will be helping Docusign in developing secure products.
You will develop and aid in the implementation of the "secure by default" framework.
We interact with several different tech stacks at Docusign, so we expect you to research and learn new technologies and programming languages on a regular basis.
You will be building strong working relationships across the organization with a focus on raising the security bar with our product development partners.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Security team.
Responsibility Enable developers to ship secure code through tools, people, processes Discover and investigate potential security issues in Docusign products Guide developers on security standard processes and implementation Aid in code reviews, focused on security bug reduction Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other security practitioners to assess core applications Review and verify reported vulnerabilities, perform root cause analysis, and partner with developers to drive corrections Form a strong relationship with developer teams and serve as point of contact and security SME for questions arising around secure development Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement that can bring value to multiple teams Create thorough documentation related to areas of ownership Identify manual processes and implement sustainable automated solutions What you bring Basic2-3 years of related experience in Application security Strong investigative mindset with attention to detail Demonstrated experience in Application Security code reviews Demonstrated experience in threat modeling applications Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) platforms Experience with Kali Linux, Burp Suite or similar Detailed understanding of common vulnerabilities and exploits Demonstrated development experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, C#, Java Script, Java Demonstrated experience in application security within cloud environments Experience with product security programs such as security champions, Dev Sec Ops, penetration testing Advanced knowledge in at least 2-3 security domains such as applied cryptography, application security, cloud security, supply chain security etc Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field Knowledge of regulations and standards including PCI-DSS, OWASP, and NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks Container security experience Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Exposure to penetration testing practices Experience with the implementation and maintenance of industry standard application security tooling related to SAST, DAST, SCAExcellent communication skills Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
