Job Description Summary: This position involves improving and automating processes in the ROWA department, requiring technical expertise in compliance, cyber security, and document preparation.

This is a cross-functional role that involves working closely with compliance and regulatory affairs teams. The position requires a strong understanding of technical aspects, including compliance, cyber security, and document preparation.

This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the needs of the company and individual agreement. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Educating engineering teams on security requirements and implementing practical solutions
  • Implementing software security solutions and designing products in accordance with industry standards
  • Leading product security risk assessments and providing vulnerability remediation guidance
  • Assisting product development teams in creating Product Security documentation
  • Managing the security roadmap and tracking milestones
  • Participating in product security incident response teams

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT-Security architecture, secure software development, and systems & architecture concepts.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies and the ability to embed product security milestones into agile and waterfall development principles
  • Practical experience with Project Management and the ability to build relationships with key personnel in product development teams
  • A good understanding of technical IT- and Cybersecurity aspects and the ability to explain technical risks to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of IT-Security domains, networking, and related security aspects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-haves include experience with Security tools and distributions, Dynamic and static code analysis tools, and knowledge of Completing a track Trace and plan using a Security Requirements Traceability Matrix (SRTM) or similar tool.
