Product Specialist - Medical Consumables
Location:
Republic of Ireland, primarily Dublin
Salary:
€50,000 - €55, % uncapped bonus

We are looking for a dedicated Product Specialist to champion a new product line within the Irish healthcare sector, with a focus on driving adoption and fostering strong relationships.
Role Overview:
As a Product Specialist, you'll play a key role in launching and promoting a new range of consumables, such as tracheostomy tubes and wound drainage solutions.
This product line, introduced through an existing supplier, will benefit from the company's established relationships with major hospitals across Ireland.
You will act as a clinical expert, educating healthcare professionals on product use, while also identifying sales opportunities to grow market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed product training and clinical support to ensure healthcare professionals maximize product effectiveness.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to seamlessly integrate consumables into clinical workflows, enhancing patient outcomes.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics, establishing trust and long-term partnerships.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within your territory.
Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring you deliver innovative and insightful solutions.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with experience in cath labs, operating theatres, or ICU settings. Candidates with a medical sales background will also be considered.
Proven experience in a clinical support or sales role within the healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence healthcare professionals.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for improving healthcare standards and patient outcomes.
