CREGG are currently recruiting a Production Cell lead for our client based in Shannon. Our clientproduces calibration standards, certified reference materials, and laboratory chemicals for precise measurement and analysis. Their products ensure accuracy in scientific and industrial applications. As a Production Cell Lead your responsibilities will be: Manufacture of batches in accordance with their SOPs including filling, capping and sealing where required. Ensure all health, safety & environmental standards are complied with and taking full responsibility for housekeeping and hygiene within the cell. Troubleshooting production issues and work closely with, communicate with colleagues on QC and planning to ensure demand requirements are met within the allocated time frame. Train and guide production operators and technicians within the area. Suggest and implement improvements to increase capacity and efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a high quality manufacturing environment. Level 7/8 degree in a chemistry related role with experience in Organic Chemistry. Experience withbatch chemical manufacturing, chemistry andGood laboratory practice (GLP) Knowledge of ISO17025 and ISO9001:2009 Ability to work on your own initiative. Attention to detail is key.
