Production Floor Team Lead Support: Lead a team of production staff in a fast-paced industrial environment, ensuring efficient production and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide production teams to achieve production schedule timeframes and meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain overall site standards and expectations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Organize manpower and resources to achieve targets, coordinate external subcontractors, and prepare products for dispatch and logistics.
- Deliver toolbox talks and health and safety guidance, creating a positive and self-motivated team atmosphere.
- Assist with first-line management duties, setting out and tracking work in coordination with the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Technical background in Industrial / Manufacturing, with an Engineering Qualification (City & Guilds, Recognised Apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Engineering).
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
