Job Description: Lead a production team to meet customer deadlines, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain site standards in line with company expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive overall site standards and expectations
- Achieve production schedule timeframes and meet customer deadlines
- Organise manpower and resources to achieve targets
- Coordinate external subcontractors and works for production staff
- Prepare product for dispatch and logistics
- Deliver Toolbox Talks and H&S guidance
- Support first line management duties in line with company procedures
Requirements:
- Technical background in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
- Qualification in City & Guilds or Recognised Apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Engineering
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to quality and safety
