Job Title: Production Manager The Company Our client is a major player and a market leader in the manufacturing of domestic fixtures throughout Ireland and internationally, with a turnover of close to €20 million in Ireland alone and in the billions worldwide. With a talented workforce of over 90 in Ireland, they are now seeking to add a Production Manager to further strengthen the team. The Role The successful Production Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing a team of 20-25 workers along with 2 additional supervisors, ensuring effective team performance and collaboration Managing day-to-day operations to ensure that production targets are achieved efficiently and effectively Developing and promoting strategies to increase productivity and operational efficiency Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting health and safety practices across the production floor Overseeing and implementing quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in production Participating in all hiring steps for the business, including interviewing and on-boarding new staff members The Person The successful Production Manager will: Possess outstanding abilities in managing and leading teams with a proven track record of fostering a positive and productive work environment being essential Ideally have experience in a production/manufacturing supervisory or managerial role, showcasing a strong understanding of production processes and team dynamics Be open for consideration to candidates with experience in a managerial or supervisory role outside of production or manufacturing, particularly in related industries such as construction The Package Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 DOE Yearly Bonus 21 Days Holidays Location Dublin All people who are living within a commutable distance to Dublin are encouraged to apply for the role BMS Performance specialises in recruiting engineering professionals across Ireland.
