Our client, a leading food producer in Ireland, are seeking to hire a Production Manager for their Kildare site. Reporting to the General Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for the daily leadership and management of production activities and colleagues across production lines in line with strategic KPIs. Strong experience leading diverse team in a fast-paced environment would be essential to success in this position as well as excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, safe workspace, prioritizing safety. Monitor and track KPIs, ensuring schedules are met and reports are accurate. Ensuring production and despatch are closely aligned so that all customer orders are fulfilled. Responsibility for each stage of the production process with attential to detail on environmental parameters. Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced production site, ideally with a food or agri background. Team player with the ability to meet performance goals.
