**Timber-frame Plant Manager** A dynamic and experienced Plant Manager is sought to lead the production operations at the Longford site, driving efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced and innovative timber-frame manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Head of Timber-frame Ireland, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production activities, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards. Key objectives include: • Developing and implementing the Longford production plan to maximise return on investment • Driving standardisation and continuous improvement across the business • Leading and supporting the people agenda, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement • Establishing strong working relationships with shift managers and supervisors • Overseeing smooth and efficient operations across the business **Essential Requirements** • Qualification in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field • Minimum 5 years of Plant/Site Management experience, preferably in Timber-frame or Modular building • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to drive change and promote a culture of operational excellence **Personal Qualities** • Strong work ethic and passion for manufacturing excellence • Ability to build trusted relationships and lead by example • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities **About DTE Manufacturing** DTE Manufacturing is part of the Glennon Brothers Group, a leading timber processor in Ireland and the UK.
