Ratio Recruitment is working with our client in County Longford to hire a Production Manager to join their team. Our client is a reknowned Construction company and is seeking an experienced individual to oversee their production project. This is a permanent position and our client is offering an excellent salary. Responsibilities: Setting and managing the production schedule in conjunction with the General Manager Managing the workforce on the floor ensuring there is adequate labour to meet daily targets Tracking key daily production targets Be able to think outside of the box when labour or supply chain issues arise Ensure all activities are being performed in safe manner Ensure all pods leave the factory meeting our Quality Assurance standard Ensure our manufacturing processes are being adhered to Coordinate deliveries to client with logistic manager Liaise with our design team and clients to resolve issues Aid the General Manager with daily activities Requirements: Previous experience in a Management role is desirable. Construction experience is essential. Organised individual with proven track record of project management. Ability to lead a team and work off own initiative Good communication skills Skills: Product Management Construction
