Production Operatives required for immediate start. Successful candidates will have factory experience in a regulated environment with exposure to GMP/SOP. The work involved will be within a high paced production facility based in the centre of Bandon town. Candidates will be assigned either a 3 or 4 Cycle Shift Pattern, involving days/nights. Shift times will be 7am to 7pm and/or 7pm to 7am. 12 Hour Shifts, Working Monday to Friday only. Out of every four weeks, 3 x 36 & 1 x 48, averaging 39 hours. Alternating weekly between days and nights. Contract with ongoing requirement and with permanency options thereafter. €14 plus per hour. Additional Performance related bonus weekly of up to €100 euro dependant on team hitting targets. Candidates need to be physically able for lifting and/or standing for long periods. Candidates need good numerical and spatial awareness. Experience of or exposure to machine operating a strong advantage. Candidates will need to be able to multitask, work to a number of deadlines at once and excel at working as a part of a team. Ability to maintain a cool head under pressure is essential. Candidates must have previous experience of working in a responsible / accountable role. Attention to detail is essential, as is previous experience in a target driven production role. A strong aptitude in both numerical, spatial, mechanical or engineering is an advantage. Excellent progression path available for the right candidates.
