About the Role:
To produce products of the highest quality to agreed customer service levels, within budget. To drive continuous improvement through a structured approach using individual/team skills and utilising systematic processes e.g., root cause problem solving, lean manufacturing techniques and other designated production, maintenance, and planning tools. Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and team development, through agreed training & development programmes using Britvic Performance Management (BPM) processes.
