This role involves working closely with the Production Manager to support the company's vision and goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manufacture and pack products to cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation.
- Perform IPC checks as outlined in company documentation.
- Maintain and ensure machines and equipment are working correctly.
- Carry out minor machine and equipment adjustments as needed.
- Clean machines and work areas in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist with training as required.
- Achieve targets relevant to the work centre.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance to documented procedures and cGMP requirements.
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards in all production areas.
- Comply with terms and conditions outlined in the contract of employment.
**Competencies:**

- Demonstrate and practice company values on a daily basis.
- Self-starter with efficient work methods, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least 1 year's experience in a Pharmaceutical FDA/HPRA or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements.
- Good communication, leadership and people management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability.
- Availability to work on shift cycles based on company requirements.
**Physical Demands and Work Environment:**
Health and safety requirements, including manual handling training, are essential for this role.
