We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a client in Shannon, Co Clare on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring products are assembled and inspected to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment in the production process following safety and quality guidelines. Assemble, pack, and label products according to specifications and production schedules. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Complete documentation related to production and quality control as required. Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor promptly. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
