Production Operator Job In Carlow

Production Operators are required for a leading multi-national Biotech client in Carlow. The role involves operating and monitoring production activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

**Job Description:** * Operate and monitor production activities using MES/DCS and PLC based systems to ensure optimum equipment uptime and target outputs. * Maintain equipment, completing preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting and repairs where qualified to perform tasks. * Manage equipment flow, including tracking soiled and clean hold times, proper labeling and inventory management of clean and sterile equipment. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including investigations, change control, and Kaizen events. * Perform root cause analysis to resolve system issues and implement corrective action. * Comply with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities. **Requirements:** * Leaving Certificate or equivalent required * Apprenticeship, Certificate or Diploma preferred, ideally in a related discipline * Prior related work experience, ideally in a manufacturing, preferably GMP setting **About the Company:** PE Global is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of professionals in the Biotech industry.
