Production Operator

PE Global is recruiting for multiple Production Operators for a leading multi-national Biotech client based in Carlow.

Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring production activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production activities using MES/DCS and PLC based systems
• Maintain equipment, including parts washers, autoclaves, and filling machines
• Ensure clean room cleaning, housekeeping, and materials management in all production areas
• Manage equipment flow, including tracking soiled and clean hold times, and inventory management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including investigations and change control
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action

Requirements:

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent required
• Apprenticeship, Certificate or Diploma preferred in a related discipline
• Prior related work experience in a manufacturing, preferably GMP setting
