Job Description
Production Operators are required for a leading multi-national Biotech client in Carlow. The role involves operating and monitoring production activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
**Job Description:**
* Operate and monitor production activities using MES/DCS and PLC based systems to ensure optimum equipment uptime and target outputs.
* Maintain equipment, including parts washers, autoclaves, and filling machines, and perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Manage equipment flow, track soiled and clean hold times, and maintain inventory management of clean and sterile equipment.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including investigations, change control, and Kaizen events.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action through the change management system.
* Comply with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
**Requirements:**
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent required
* Apprenticeship, Certificate, or Diploma preferred in a related discipline
* Prior related work experience in a manufacturing, preferably GMP setting
