Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated operatives, line leads, and supervisors. Key Responsibilities: Production Operations & Efficiency: Collaborate with senior managers to ensure smooth production flow and on-time customer order fulfillment. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and minimize waste. Adhere to stringent BRC quality standards and GMP regulations. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs. Monitor production performance and report on metrics and KPIs. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and productivity. Conduct performance reviews and manage training programs. Quality & Food Safety: Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, HACCP principles, and BRC standards. Oversee quality control procedures and conduct root cause analyses. Collaborate with the Quality team to maintain high production standards. Inventory Management: Ensure a consistent supply of raw materials. Implement effective inventory control systems. Monitor production yield and address deviations from standards. Requirements: Experience: Previous food production experience and 5 years managing/supervising people and processes. Education: Formal qualification in a relevant field. Location: Must be living in Ireland and eligible to work without a visa.
