Excellent opportunity for a Production Planner to join a very successful, leading FMCG in North Dublin. Benefits: Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm Negotiable salary DOE approx €35k - €39k. 20 holidays plus statutory holidays. KPI bonus. End of year attendance bonus. You will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules , ensuring efficient use of resources to meet demand. Key Responsibilities: Production Scheduling: Develop weekly schedules considering forecasts, order history, and plant capabilities. Daily Production Planning: Prepare and distribute daily production plans and paperwork. Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work with production managers to streamline processes and participate in improvement initiatives. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues promptly. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate Excel files and production records. Performance Monitoring: Track and report daily KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. Team Support: Assist the production team with daily tasks and foster a collaborative environment. Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a Production Planner, preferably in FMCG. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with production planning software is a plus. Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred; CPIM certification is advantageous. Interested? Wed love to hear from you.
