Our team in Ireland is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities, from production planning to inventory management. As a Production Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in meeting our production schedule, managing material requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals
- Manage inventory levels, including procurement, storage, and distribution of materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and logistics issues
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Appropriate qualification in purchasing or production planning, or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least two years of experience in production planning or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
