Production Supervisor - Monaghan based - FMCG As a member of the Operations management team the Production Supervisor will have responsibility for leading a given line or area whilst on shift. The role will be responsible for leading a busy FMCG factory to achieve the profit and performance, drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisor experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment including the management of people. Preference will be given to those with food processing knowledge. It is essential successful candidate has a proven track record of supervising a teams achievement, maintaining production and aheiving output.
