Job Description
Production Supervisor required for a leading company in Mayo, responsible for overseeing production, storage, and dispatch of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize production, storage, and dispatch of products
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are maintained
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance
- Stay up-to-date with new products and techniques
- Order ingredients, equipment, and supplies
- Manage staff rotas and holidays
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures
- Lead and motivate a team
- Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage stock and ordering
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar production role
- Practical experience with MS Office
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and efficient problem solver
- High School Diploma; additional degree in engineering or relevant area an advantage
