Production Supervisor role available in County Wexford, working in a state-of-the-art factory, with a dynamic team, offering opportunities for career growth and development.
Vickerstock is working in partnership with a specialist FMCG global manufacturing client to find a motivated Production Supervisor to join their well-established team. This is a fantastic career opportunity to develop your skills, with room for promotion and personal growth.
As a Production Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Working as part of a team to ensure optimum flow through the production process.
- Ensuring compliance with company work instructions, SOPs, and GMP standards at all times.
- Assisting in the management of day-to-day operations to achieve daily and weekly output targets, ensuring team and individual performance levels are monitored and achieved.
- Identifying opportunities to improve work processes and methods.
- Working with key stakeholders to support the efficient running of the plant.
- Participating in relevant meetings, such as production planning and health and safety.
- Carrying out day-to-day administrative duties.
- Identifying, planning, and implementing training required for the team and individuals, and providing cross-training as needed on all processes.
We are looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate, organize, develop, and lead a team by giving direction, instruction, guidance, and example.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 6am to 2pm
