Due to recent expansion, a leading FMCG in Monaghan is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. Hours of work: 8am - 4.15 pm Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays. Negotiable salary depending on experience. Christmas Bonus. Bike to Work Scheme. Responsibilities: Assisting the Production Manager to oversee the all aspects of the operation. Supporting Production Supervisors in the operation of the machines. Ensuring efficient throughput, including production planning, packaging control and working in close collaboration with colleagues in packing, dispatch and quality control. Requirements: Ideally the successful candidate will have gained 3+ years experience in production supervisory/management. Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in a FMCG/food environment. Previous experience working to food safety standards e.g. HACCP, BRC, Bord Bia and retailer and food service standards.
