Production Supervisor Co Monaghan Fulltime/Permanent Monday - Friday Days, 40 Hours Competitive Salary Vickerstock are working in partnership with our specialist food processing client in Ireland and UK who have doubled production in the last 5 years and continues to do so, due to this they are seeking a full time/permanent Production Supervisor to join the team at their site in Monaghan. Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for- Ensure all personnel are wearing the correct PPE in the department Ongoing checks on product quality during production, completion of all quality documentation as required. Ensure operators are following all hygiene rules and guidelines Ensure all machine guards are in correct working order and in place on relevant machines, reporting of any defects to the maintenance team Daily pre-check of the production line Liaise with the Quality Manager regarding the quality of the finished products Reporting of non-conformances or safety concerns to the relevant personnel. Work on our quality, maintenance, training, and health & safety systems to ensure timely close outs of issues. Management of a diverse multi-cultural team Working hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday and start time will be around 6.30am. Salary in return will be competitive depending on experience.
