Job Description
Production Supervisor sought for leading FMCG in Monaghan, overseeing production operations, ensuring efficient throughput and collaborating with colleagues.
Hours of work: 8am - 4.15 pm Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Christmas Bonus. Bike to Work Scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation.
- Supporting Production Supervisors in the operation of the machines.
- Ensuring efficient throughput, including production planning, packaging control and working in close collaboration with colleagues in packing, dispatch and quality control.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in production supervisory/management.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in a FMCG/food environment.
- Previous experience working to food safety standards e.g. HACCP, BRC, Bord Bia and retailer and food service standards.
- A third level qualification in manufacturing, management or food related subject may also be desirable.
