Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support the production line team, encouraging strong communication and collaboration.
2. Oversee efficient, high-quality production to meet targets.
3. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality control standards.
4. Train, develop, and mentor staff for top performance.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
6. Collaborate with inventory management to ensure material availability.
