Production Team Leader Job In Dublin

Production Team Leader sought for multinational medical device company in north Dublin, responsible for day-to-day operations and team performance.

This is a key role requiring strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills, with a focus on inventory control, production planning, and team management.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with knowledge of Materials/Inventory planning systems and Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing and task managing production activities
• Providing training and development opportunities for team members
• Conducting recruitment and induction processes
• Guiding team members to problem-solve and improve processes
• Ensuring good communication with direct reports and senior management

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
• Strong people leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong planning and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and experience of Materials/Inventory planning systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• SAP experience
• Good understanding of production management and processes
