Production Team Leader

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing process, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Develop and implement schedules, methods, and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage resources, including manpower and inventory, to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Identify and implement solutions to problems and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team leaders to maintain consistent standards and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate team members to meet targets.
- Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience of Materials/Inventory planning systems and SAP.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
