Production Unit Manager: Manage assembly production to meet efficiency, delivery, quality, and cost targets in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. We are a global provider for medical device design and manufacturing with a focus on innovation, quality, and lean manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** • Manage all aspects of assembly production to meet company goals • Ensure adequate resources are available to meet production requirements • Reorganize resources as necessary • Maintain and follow all procedures and protocols • Liaise with Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse/Shipping departments • Manage the Assembly/Extrusion department to ensure optimum performance • Ensure all activities are carried out according to Medical and Industry standards • Provide accurate and up-to-date reporting on KPIs • Demonstrate leadership and commitment to OH&S, Environmental, and Energy Management Systems • Adhere to Plant Safety requirements and Health & Safety requirements **Qualifications:** • Degree in Production Engineering, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent • Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Devices, including catheter and stent manufacturing • 2-3 years experience in managing Production in the Medical Device Industry • Professional and knowledgeable with ability to develop strong relationships with customers and potential customers **About Us:** We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
