Job Description
Irish law firm seeks professional development lawyer to oversee learning and development of lawyers, providing support and career guidance to trainees and managing new L&D scheme.
This role is ideal for a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE looking to move away from target-driven work and focus on learning and development.
The successful candidate will work 9-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with excellent flexibility and a great hybrid policy, requiring 2 days a week in office and 3 from home.
The role involves:
- Providing support and career guidance to trainee solicitors throughout their training contracts
- Conducting 1-to-1 meetings with trainees, providing regular objective reviews
- Overseeing the introduction of the firm's new L&D scheme, managing it annually from initial set-up through to completion
