Essential Criteria: Candidates must have: Primary degree in Theology or Religious Studies (Level 8 or above), as per Healthcare Chaplaincy Board Standards/Chaplaincy Accreditation Board for Certification Three units of CPE, and certified as a Healthcare Chaplain by the Healthcare Chaplaincy Board (HCB) or Chaplaincy Accreditation Board (CAB) for Certification and 5 years experience in a hospital setting Evidence of excellent people management, interpersonal and communication skills Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability, management, leadership and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. * Please note that you must submit a cover letter with your CV, this forms part of your application and CVs will not be accepted without a detailed cover letter.
