Job Description
The engineer will more than likely have worked in an MSP for several years designing and implementing solutions across multiple customers. The key requirements of the role are as follows - - Excellent Communication skills/oral and written. - Strong Documentation skills - Desire to learn new technologies. - Ability to adapt to different customers strategies. - Ability to discuss needs with customers, design solutions and develop statement of work outlining all tasks involved. - Willingness to support other engineers. - Architecture and implementation of projects Skills: - Microsoft office 365 /Azure cloud - VMware design and implementation - Backup and DR design - Networking skills - Active Directory ? Technical Accreditations would be great to have - CCNA / Microsoft 0ffice 365 / Azure /VMware/Veeam Skills: Professional Services Engineer
