**Professional Support / Knowledge Lawyers Wanted** Seeking experienced lawyers to support legal teams in leading Irish and International firms. **Job Description** We are seeking Professional Support / Knowledge Lawyers to join our team. As a Professional Support / Knowledge Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal teams within a firm. You will specialise in providing expertise that helps lawyers work more efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** • **Knowledge Management:** Create, maintain, and update internal databases, precedents, templates, and checklists to ensure that lawyers have access to up-to-date legal information and documents. • **Training and Development:** Design and deliver training sessions for lawyers, covering legal updates, new regulations, and best practices. • **Research and Analysis:** Perform detailed legal research, summarise new case law, legislative changes, and legal trends. • **Drafting:** Assist in drafting or refining complex legal documents, ensuring they comply with the latest laws and industry standards. • **Business Development:** Help develop legal know-how, horizon scanning and contribute to client-facing publications, blogs, and newsletters to showcase the firm's expertise. • **Practice Support:** Work closely with practice groups to provide specialised support in specific areas of law, ensuring the team functions effectively and maintains high-quality output. **Requirements:** • 3-4 years of PQE • Experience from leading Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK • Strong knowledge of Corporate, Transactions, Disputes, Financial Services, and Regulation **Package:** • Extremely competitive market-leading salaries and benefits package • Genuine opportunities for career progression and development • Hybrid working arrangements **About Us:** At Career Steps, we have been successfully guiding, coaching, and advancing the careers of professionals in various fields, including legal law firms and in-house, corporate governance, and more.
