Professional Support / Knowledge Lawyers (3-4 year +PQE) Non Fee-Earning
Leading Irish & International firms are seeking Professional Support / Knowledge Lawyers (3-4 year +PQE) to support legal teams within a firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Management: Create, maintain, and update internal databases, precedents, templates, and checklists to ensure that lawyers have access to up-to-date legal information and documents.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions for lawyers, covering legal updates, new regulations, and best practices, helping lawyers stay current with legal developments.
- Research and Analysis: Perform detailed legal research, summarise new case law, legislative changes, and legal trends.
- Drafting: Assist in drafting or refining complex legal documents, ensuring they comply with the latest laws and industry standards.
- Business Development: Help develop legal know-how, horizon scanning and contribute to client-facing publications, blogs, and newsletters to showcase the firm's expertise.
- Practice Support: Work closely with practice groups to provide specialised support in specific areas of law, ensuring the team functions effectively and maintains high-quality output.
Requirements:
- Solicitors will ideally have experience from leading Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK.
