**Job Summary** Lead a large business banking transformation project, improving client service, risk management, and processing efficiency, with a focus on digital ecosystem and future banking platforms. **Job Description** As a Program Director, you will partner with clients, operations leads, and technology teams to design, plan, and execute a large-scale business banking transformation project. Your goal will be to improve client service, risk management, and processing efficiency, while driving innovation and change. **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish and scale an Operations & Transformation team in Ireland, including centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics. * Manage multiple complex customer programs from design to production, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. * Define and execute target operating model strategies for key operational processes, including system architecture, process controls, and location strategy. * Partner with clients and functional leads to develop and execute transformation focused on improving client experience, risk management capabilities, and driving efficiency. * Lead, motivate, and manage a team, responsible for recruitment, training, and development, talent management, staff performance reviews, and compensation. * Prepare and manage the departmental budget, including demand/supply rolling forecasts. * Work closely with the Technology team to execute innovative solutions and leverage the Centre of Excellence team to drive continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * 15+ years of experience in financial services, Business Banking IT delivery. * Strong domain knowledge on digital banking front-end applications/core banking applications. * Experience in managing testing on Digital Banking platforms and Core Banking applications. * Agile adoption is mandatory; DUBLIN presence is mandatory when needed. * Significant experience of leading complex, disruptive transformation programs. * Proven track record of driving innovative solutions into business solutions. * Demonstrated financial discipline, managing to budget and building sound business cases. * Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills. * Critical problem-solving skills, able to think tactically and strategically. * Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and achieve target deadlines. * Reliable and resilient, experience of dealing with challenging situations. * Able to work constructively in a matrix organization.
