Job Description

**Short Summary:** Manage a large business banking transformation project, partnering with clients and technology teams to improve client service, risk management, and processing efficiency. **Job Description:** Contract length: 8 months (with possible 12-month extensions). You will work with the client, operations leads, and technology teams to design, plan, and execute a large business banking transformation project. The goal is to improve client service, risk management, and processing efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish and scale an Operations & Transformation team in Ireland, creating centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics. * Manage multiple complex customer programs from design to production, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. * Define and execute target operating model strategies for key operational processes, including system architecture, process controls, and location strategy. * Actively partner with client and functional leads to develop and execute transformation strategies focused on improving client experience, risk management capabilities, and driving efficiency. * Deliver transformation process change and ensure change management is completed in a controlled and robust manner. * Manage a team, responsible for recruitment, training, and development, talent management, staff performance reviews, and compensation. * Prepare and manage the departmental budget, including demand/supply rolling forecasts. **Skills and Experience:** * 15+ years in financial services, Business Banking IT delivery. * Strong domain knowledge on digital banking front-end applications/core banking applications. * Experience in managing testing on Digital Banking platforms (secured website for banking, iOS/Android Mobile Banking) / Core Banking (AS400 Silverlake applications on Deposit, Loan, etc) is an advantage. * Agile adoption is mandatory; DUBLIN presence is mandatory when needed. * Significant experience of leading highly complex, disruptive transformation programs. * Track record of driving innovative solutions into business solutions. * Proven track record in organizational development, including talent, diversity, and inclusion. * Demonstrate financial discipline, managing to budget and building sound business cases. * Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of global markets. * Proven ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with business and technology. * Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills. * Critical problem-solving skills, able to think tactically and strategically. * Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and achieve target deadlines. * Reliable and resilient, experience of dealing with challenging situations. * Able to work constructively in a matrix organization.
