**Senior Transformation Program Director** A highly experienced leader is required to drive the design, planning, and execution of a large business banking transformation project, focusing on improving client service, risk management, and processing efficiency. **Job Description:** As a Senior Transformation Program Director, you will partner with the client, operations leads, and technology teams to lead a large business banking transformation project. Your responsibilities will include: * Direct management of the local operations transformation team and virtual oversight of local operations and technology resources * Providing thought leadership to the client's strategies and initiatives relative to the bank's digital ecosystem * Leading the transformative journey with new features and services in mobile, data, and future banking and lending platforms * Establishing and scaling an Operations & Transformation team within Ireland, including centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics * Managing multiple complex customer programs from design and development to production with end-to-end delivery responsibility * Ensuring multiple program deliveries are within budget, up to quality standards, and as per program delivery timelines committed to clients * Defining and executing target operating model strategies for key operational processes * Actively partnering with client & functional leads in the development and execution of transformation * Taking on responsibility and accountability to deliver transformation process change * Ensuring change management is completed in a controlled and robust manner * Leading, motivating, and managing a team * Responsible for recruitment, training and development, talent management, staff performance reviews, and compensation * Preparing and managing the departmental budget * Working closely with the Technology team in the execution of innovative solutions * Leveraging the Centre of Excellence team to drive continuous improvement **Requirements:** * 15+ years in financial services, Business Banking IT delivery * Strong domain knowledge on digital banking front-end applications/core banking applications * Experience in managing testing on Digital Banking platforms/Core Banking applications * Agile adoption is mandatory * Significant experience of leading highly complex, disruptive transformation programs * Track record of driving innovative solutions into business solutions * Proven track record in organizational development, including talent, diversity, and inclusion * Demonstrate financial discipline, managing to budget and building sound business cases * Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of global markets * Proven ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with business and technology * Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills * Critical problem-solving skills, able to think tactically and strategically * Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and achieve target deadlines * Reliable and resilient, experience of dealing with challenging situations * Able to work constructively in a matrix organization
