Program Manager - Additive Location: Stryker's Global Centre of Excellence for Additive Manufacturing Cork Hybrid Working Model Overview: Program Manager for AMagine, will lead and oversee cutting-edge projects focused on technological advancements and digital transformation. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, managing complex projects, and delivering impactful solutions in the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Lead and manage a portfolio of Research, Development and Innovation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Innovation and Development: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying emerging technologies and digital trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and prototype new technologies and digital solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and clients. Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Resource Management: Oversee project resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology tools, ensuring efficient utilization. Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of researchers, developers, and project coordinators. Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all projects. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement performance metrics to track project progress and measure success against objectives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management within the technology and digital development sector. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex RDI projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
