Program Manager Based in Cork City, Ireland Hybrid role About My Client My client is in search of a Program Manager to join their expanding team and take a pivotal role in ensuring the product maintains the highest standards of quality pre-shipment, they are an innovative force in the global FinTech realm, recognized for groundbreaking contributions in insurance product innovation. They are committed to setting industry standards across diverse insurance categories, regions, languages, and currencies. Pride is taken in global partnerships with key players in insurance and financial services. Responsibilities: -Onboarding clients and partners -Transformation and implementation project work -Working with clients in scale up phase would be a plus -Creating onboarding excellence - processes, policies, governance, compliance, documentation etc. -Liaising and dealing with senior stakeholders, internal teams across business and technical -Strong communication skills and ability is a must have -Ability to pivot between projects, typically managing between 1 and 5 projects at various stages of their life cycle -Typical clients are coming from the IFSC sector, experience in this sector is required Requirements: -Strong client facing experience -Strong Communication -High EQ -Looking for 7 to 10 years' experience Join my client in crafting and ensuring the excellence of their innovative products within a collaborative and dynamic setting.
