Job Description: Implementing complex cross-functional business projects globally for AWP H&L to support Allianz Partners' strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex cross-functional business projects through their lifecycle.
* Lead project teams across multiple geographic borders and time zones.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation.
* Manage issues, risks, and change control.
* Foster strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Negotiate with stakeholders to achieve win/win situations.
* Drive business unit alignment with project requirements.
* Continuously assess business cases and project alignment.
* Identify areas for improvement and lead rollout of agreed improvements.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of project delivery experience in a commercial environment.
* Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional business projects.
* Ability to think strategically and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
* Strong organization, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
* Project Management qualification/certification.
* Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
