Lead a team of project managers to drive project management excellence across the organization, developing standards, ensuring timely delivery, managing resources, and maintaining compliance.

About the Role

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of skilled project/program managers.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for project managers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple large-scale projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Forecast resource needs and coordinate with department leads to align resources with project requirements.
  • Liaise with executive leadership and stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Technical and/or Quality discipline is required.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in manufacturing, supply chain management, engineering, and/or drug development.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
