Lead a team of project managers to drive project management excellence across the organization, developing standards, ensuring timely delivery, managing resources, and maintaining compliance.
About the Role
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of skilled project/program managers.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for project managers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple large-scale projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Forecast resource needs and coordinate with department leads to align resources with project requirements.
- Liaise with executive leadership and stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Technical and/or Quality discipline is required.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in manufacturing, supply chain management, engineering, and/or drug development.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
