Job Description
Lead Functional Test Strategy and Test Planning for multiple Infra Programme workstreams, working closely with Programme Workstream Leads and Business, Operations and Central Test teams.
Key responsibilities include managing complex programme implementations, leading multiple workstreams, and managing stakeholders. The Test Champion will create Test awareness across the programme and stakeholders, progress Test Strategy, and create and own Test Plans.
Additional responsibilities include analysing and documenting Test Requirements, creating Test Reports and Test Metrics, and managing the full Test Life Cycle. The Programme Test Manager will also advocate for Project Financial awareness and liaise with third parties for Penetration Testing phases.
Requirements include 15+ years of Testing experience, 5+ years in a Programme Test Manager role, and experience in Dell and IBM back-up & recovery technologies. Test Management experience for a multi-year complex programme is also required, as well as managing stakeholders in a distributed work environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and reporting skills, with the ability to work with all parties and provide clear metrics and reports. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to lead and develop relationships, and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager Certification or equivalent is an advantage.
