Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Content Director to join our team and drive our current success forward to new listenership highs. The successful candidate will have experience as Programme Director of leading radio stations in major markets, understand music programming and talent management, and have a clear vision to drive the station to even greater success and audience.
Must have a clear understanding of brand projection, public relations, promotions, social media and digital content.
Will have the hunger and desire to beat competitors in the marketplace.
Will be creative, innovative, have superb attention to detail and an innate understanding of what makes great, attention-grabbing radio.
Will be able to drive others to achieve excellent results.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for the radio station's output.
Management and coaching of all on-air and programming talent / personnel.
Developing and maintaining a standard of excellence across all broadcasting, social and digital output.
Ensuring that all music output is in line with agreed parameters.
Managing the S&P process from a programming point of view.
Managing station events and Outside Broadcasts.
